About the TEST checkout

What it brings together

Five kinds of destinations, one organized place.

The places and actions you reach for repeatedly stay together instead of spread across the Start menu, bookmarks, and File Explorer.

APP

Applications

Launch the Windows applications you open throughout the day.

URL

Websites

Open the web destinations you return to, from the same place.

FILE

Files

Reach frequently used files without retracing folder paths.

DIR

Folders

Get to the folders you work in most, directly.

RUN

Bounded scripts

Start clearly scoped scripts as part of a familiar routine.

Why it exists

Fewer detours to the things you open every day.

Routine work often starts with a small search: the right shortcut, the right bookmark, the right folder path. Command Center exists to make that part of the day more direct.

  • Less hunting through scattered shortcuts and locations
  • Frequently used destinations kept organized
  • Routine access that feels direct

Who it’s for

Built for Windows power users.

Command Center is for people who open the same mix of applications, websites, files, folders, and supported scripts again and again, and want them organized rather than scattered.

If you only open an app or two in a typical day, you probably don’t need it.

Purchase testing

Not released yet. Checkout is in TEST.

Command Center hasn’t been publicly released. We’re testing its purchase and licensing flow end to end using Stripe’s TEST mode, so no real payment is processed.

After a successful TEST checkout, you’ll return to checkout-staging.shortworklabs.com, where a TEST license key is shown for you to copy. It is not a production license.
