1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. To buy a product, you must accept the terms presented at checkout and be legally able to enter into a contract, or have permission from a parent, guardian, or organization authorized to do so.
2. Product information
We describe our software, including its features, system requirements, availability, and pricing, as accurately as we can, and we may correct or update that information at any time. Check a product’s system requirements before you buy it.
3. Purchases
Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe’s merchant of record, and are also subject to the checkout and payment terms Link presents. The final price, taxes, and payment details are shown at checkout. A purchase gives you a license to use the software, not ownership of it.
4. Product license agreements
Each product has its own End User License Agreement (EULA), such as theCommand Center EULA. When you buy a product, you agree to that product’s EULA and our Refund Policy. If these terms conflict with a product’s EULA about installing or using the software, the EULA controls.
5. Refunds
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. When a purchase is refunded, its license is suspended.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use this website in violation of applicable law or the rights of others;
- attempt unauthorized access to the website, its systems, customer records, or licensing infrastructure;
- introduce malware or interfere with the website’s operation;
- send automated requests or scrape the website in a way that disrupts it; or
- use the website to commit fraud or distribute licenses without authorization.
7. Intellectual property
The website’s content, branding, design, text, and software are owned by or licensed to Shortwork Labs. These terms do not give you any right to copy or redistribute them or to use our trademarks, except as the law allows. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

9. Availability and external links
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website. Links to third-party websites and services, including our checkout provider, are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. Warranties for our software are governed by its EULA.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version with its effective date. Changes apply from that date.
14. General
These terms, together with the EULAs, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy they reference, are the entire agreement between you and us about the website. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
